It is now possible for Professional Chefs at Levels 1, 2 and 3 to learn online in the Virtual Kitchen.

The Virtual Kitchen has been developed in association with Bournemouth and Poole College, with video and theory content provided by lecturers at Westminster Kingsway College and West Anglia College.
